We currently do not accept returns of any products. Exchange is available only in case of size or fitting issues, and must be requested within 3 days of delivery.

Parcel opening video is mandatory for any exchange request.
Products eligible for exchange must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Exchange can be done only once per order.
Products showing signs of wear, damage, or without an opening video proof will not be accepted for exchange.
We provide a reverse pickup service for exchanges; however, the pickup/shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
Customers may also choose to send the exchange parcel to our address at their own cost.
πΈ Refund Policy Refunds are not applicable, except in cases where an exchange product is unavailable in stock. In such cases, the refund will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method or shared bank/UPI details (for COD orders).
