📦 Orders & Delivery

If your order is marked as delivered via SMS/Email but not received, please contact us within 24 hours.

🧾 Product Handling

Customers must handle products with care after delivery.
Packages include all items mentioned in the description (e.g., kurti, pants, etc).
❌ Missing accessories are not eligible for refund or exchange.

 

💔 Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged product, report it within 24 hours.
✔️ Provide: Order ID + clear photos + full opening video (showing packaging, label, and product).
⚠️ Without an opening video, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted.

 

🔄 Returns & Refunds

✅ Only unused items in original packaging are eligible.
❌ Refunds/exchanges not allowed for mishandled items, missing accessories, or late claims.

 

🛡️ Liability

We are not responsible for courier delays, incorrect addresses, or issues reported after the 24-hour window.
