We currently do not accept returns of any products.
Exchange is available only in case of size or fitting issues, and must be requested within 3 days of delivery.

Please note:

  • Parcel opening video is mandatory for any exchange request.
  • Products eligible for exchange must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Exchange can be done only once per order.
  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or without an opening video proof will not be accepted for exchange.
  • We provide a reverse pickup service for exchanges; however, the pickup/shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
  • Customers may also choose to send the exchange parcel to our address at their own cost.

πŸ’Έ Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not applicable, except in cases where an exchange product is unavailable in stock.
  • In such cases, the refund will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method or shared bank/UPI details (for COD orders).
